2006 Annual Meeting
of Shareholders

The Doyon, Limited Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the Friends Conference Center in Fairbanks, Alaska on: Friday, March 17, 2006, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Registration for the annual meeting will begin at 8:00 a.m. The meeting will include:     1) The election of four directors who will each serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors ending in 2009.    2) Subsidiary and department information tables.    3) Shareholder arts and crafts tables. Please participate in the 2006 Annual Meeting by casting your vote, either in person at the annual meeting, or by submitting your proxy by Tuesday, March 14, 2006, 5:00 p.m. (Alaska Standard Time).
