Annual Report/Proxy Mailings

Eligible Doyon voting shareholders should have received two mailings: one “householded” with the 2016 annual report and 2017 proxy statement, and another to eligible voting shareholders with individual proxy cards, candidate matrix and comment card. As a reminder, please share the annual report and proxy statement with other members of your household.

In the 2017 proxy statement, incumbents and previous Doyon board members have an additional requirement by the State of Alaska to have all Doyon board experience included with their profiles.
