Shareholder Opportunities

At Doyon, shareholder opportunities include more than just shareholder hire. Doyon also offers other avenues for shareholders to enrich their lives. Doyon internships, the Doyon Management Training program, and roustabout training are three additional ways Doyon shareholders can reach their goals.

Roustabout Training
The majority of Doyon’s operational income comes from its oilfield drilling. In 2009, Doyon operated seven of the most technologically advanced Arctic drilling rigs in the world. The entry-level position to working on these rigs, or any drilling rig on the North Slope, is the roustabout. Doyon offers roustabout training to its shareholders.
