Doyon’s internship program offers shareholders the opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge about the operations of Doyon, Limited and the family of companies. In addition, interns gain valuable job skills and abilities that directly translate into the workforce. Also, during their internships, shareholders can begin building their network of contacts that will benefit their careers now and in the future.

Doyon internships provide a two-way street. Shareholders can see if Doyon fits their life-goals, while Doyon gets a chance to recruit future leaders.

Interns will participate in a structured program that includes:

  • Gaining extensive knowledge about Doyon operations through department overviews presented by each department head.
  • An opportunity to start building a professional network.
  • An opportunity to interact with senior management.
  • Project-driven assignments that will refine participants’ business skills.
