Created in 2009, the Doyon talent bank profile provides a powerful technological tool that shareholders can use in their search for employment at Doyon.

In the talent bank, shareholders can submit important information on their education, experience, and career interests. Doyon is then able to identify applicants who possess the skills necessary for upcoming job openings.

The talent bank is an important part of our outreach program. The database is used throughout the Doyon Family of Companies to identify applicants who match the skills being sought.
