2011 – 2012 Dialogue with Doyon Meetings
Doyon, Limited is pleased to announce the 2011 – 2012 Dialogue with Doyon meeting schedule. The meetings, which are held yearly, provide the opportunity for shareholders to meet and talk with Doyon board members and senior management about the goals and direction of the company.
October 5: Tanana, AK
A Dialogue with Doyon meeting took place at the Tanana Community Hall, followed by a cover dish and celebration for Doyon President and CEO Aaron Schutt and his family.
October 11: Kaltag, AK
A student assembly was held at 2 p.m. at the school, followed by a community meeting at 6 p.m. at the Kaltag Community Hall.
November 16: Fairbanks, AK
Meeting was held at the Westmark Fairbanks from 6 – 8 p.m.
November 18: Anchorage, AK
Meeting was held at 6 p.m. at the Hilton Anchorage at 500 W 3rd Ave.
December 13: Tanacross, AK
The Tanacross Dialogue with Doyon was held Tuesday, December 13. The following schedule of events took place:
- 1:45 p.m. – Meeting with students, Tok School Multi-Purpose Room
- 5 p.m. – Dialogue with Doyon meeting, Tanacross Tribal Hall
- 6 p.m. – Community dinner and celebration for Doyon President and CEO Aaron Schutt
January 12: Anvik, AK
A Dialogue with Doyon meeting took place in Anvik on January 12 from 6 – 8 p.m. in the Community Hall.
January 28: Portland, OR
Meeting will be held at 2 p.m. at the Sheraton Hotel, Portland Airport
February 9: McGrath, AK
The meeting will take place from 6 – 8 p.m. at the McGrath School Commons. Shareholders can also get an overview of Doyon Universal Services job opportunities at 1 p.m., and get assistance from shareholder records at 5 p.m. Learn more by viewing the event flyer.
