Shareholder Responsibilities
Voting - It is the responsibility of each shareholder to participate in elections for the appointment of
shareholders to serve on the board of directors. It is through the direction of the elected board members that
business is developed and policy is set for Doyon, Limited and each of its companies.
Keeping information current - Another important responsibility for each shareholder is to keep a current
mailing address so that Doyon information can be received in a timely manner. Addresses that are incorrect lead
to delayed mail and frustrated shareholders.
