In response to increased shareholder interest in receiving Doyon news electronically, the Doyon communications department launched a monthly shareholder e-newsletter in June 2009. The e-newsletter includes all of the same information and features as the current printed newsletter, but is delivered directly to shareholders’ email inboxes.

By utilizing the latest technology to keep in contact with shareholders, Doyon enables shareholders to access information in the fastest, most convenient way. The new distribution method also allows Doyon to be environmentally and financially responsible, by reducing paper usage and saving on printing and mailing costs.

It is important to note that the e-newsletter will be in addition to the monthly printed newsletter. For the past several months, shareholders who signed up for the e-newsletter have received both the printed and electronic versions. Starting with the September issue, shareholders who receive the e-newsletter will no longer receive the printed version. Shareholders who receive the e-newsletter but would prefer to continue receiving the printed newsletter should contact the communications department at communications@doyon.com.
