2018 Board Election
Voting by Proxy and eProxy Begins January 24
On January 23, 2018, Doyon, Limited annual meeting packets will be mailed to shareholders who did not opt-in for electronic delivery. The following day, shareholders who opted in to electronic delivery will receive an instructional email for viewing annual meeting materials and voting by eProxy online. Shareholders who signed up for electronic delivery, but do not receive a verification email on January 17, should check their SPAM or junk email folders before contacting Doyon communications at email@example.com.
The eProxy portal will open for voting for the 2018 Doyon board election on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at https://eproxy.doyon.com.
To learn more about the 2018 candidates, Doyon has created a candidate matrix, which provides shareholders some insight on candidate experience and expertise. Candidate profiles will also be provided in the proxy statement and available at www.doyon.com/boardelection, along with the candidate matrix and short video interviews of candidates. Doyon encourages shareholders to learn more about the candidates in order to make an informed decision when voting.
In order to be eligible for ALL cash prize drawings, shareholders should vote via eProxy by the early bird deadline on February 16, 2018, at 5 p.m. AKST. Shareholders who return their proxies by mail by the early bird deadline will be eligible for all cash prize drawings except for the 10 $100 early bird eProxy prizes.
The final deadline to vote by proxy or eProxy is Wednesday, March 14, 2018, by 3 p.m. AKDT.
The following are the cash prize drawings. Make sure to vote by eProxy before the early bird deadline to be eligible for ALL cash prize drawings.
