2021 Annual Meeting Prize Winners

Every year Doyon, Limited encourages active shareholder participation in the annual board election. Doyon values the importance of each shareholder’s vote and works hard to make voting convenient and hassle-free for both Elders and younger generations.

To be eligible for prizes, shareholders had to submit their proxy or eProxy by the March 16 deadline or register to vote in-person at the annual meeting on March 19. Eligible entries were randomly drawn for the annual meeting prize giveaways.
This year, we had 733 kids voting! Doyon is very excited about the growth in kids voting. In previous years, kids voting was only available during the Annual Meeting on the day of. This year, Doyon encouraged kids to vote online. Kids voting began in January when the proxy materials were first issued. Doyon also randomly selected kids voting winners.
