Annual Report and Proxy Materials Delivered to Shareholders
On January 23, Doyon, Limited shareholders who did not opt-in to electronic delivery of annual meeting materials were mailed one copy of the annual report and proxy statement per household unless requested otherwise. Each individual voting shareholder was also mailed a separate proxy card, postage-paid return envelope, comment card and candidate matrix.
Doyon shareholders who opted in to receive annual meeting materials electronically should have received an email on January 24 with instructions on how to view the annual report, proxy statement and candidate matrix, and how to vote online via eProxy.
The email included a link to the Doyon board election webpage, www.doyon.com/boardelection, which has candidate profiles, candidate video interviews and eProxy voting instructions. In lieu of the comment card, shareholders can share comments or questions with Doyon by completing the form at www.doyon.com/comments.
There were a number of shareholders who opted in for electronic delivery of annual meeting materials, but whose email address was not valid or there were delivery issues. These shareholders were mailed hard-copy annual meeting materials to ensure their receipt of this important information. Shareholders who wish to update and/or verify their email address should contact the records department at 459-2040 (in Fairbanks), 1-888-478-4755 (in Anchorage) or email@example.com
Shareholders who received annual meeting materials in the mail are still able to access the eProxy website and vote online by eProxy at https://eproxy.doyon.com. To log in, shareholders will need their date of birth and last four digits of their Social Security number.
For more information about the electronic delivery process, please contact Doyon communications at 375-4209 (in Anchorage), 1-888-478-4755 (toll-free) or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shareholders who did not opt-in to electronic delivery and who did not receive annual meeting materials in the mail should contact email@example.com. Please note that some shareholders may receive mailed materials later than others due to the USPS delivery system.
