DLT Class of 2017 Graduates
Congratulations to the 2017 Doyon Leadership Training (DLT) participants, who graduated from their 10-month intensive personal and professional leadership-building training last month.
The graduation ceremony took place October 6 at the Doyon Industrial Facility, where participants were surrounded by family, friends and past DLT graduates. DLT facilitators Tracy Snow and Nina Heyano welcomed participants and noted each graduates’ positive characteristics before handing each a gift of appreciation for their participation. The graduation ceremony was followed by a small reception with hors d’eourves for all to enjoy.
“I am grateful to Doyon for sponsoring the Doyon Leadership Training and allowing me to attend,” said 2017 participant and Doyon human resources manager, Ellen Evans. “The training helped me to identify some things that were hindering my growth and also provided me with excellent leadership tools.”
“The facilitators were great and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to learn from and grow with. I highly recommend DLT for anyone looking for training to inspire, motivate and create a lifetime of change towards leadership growth,” she said.
The application period for the 2018 DLT class is open until November 17, 2017, at 5 p.m. AKST. Those interested can download an application from www.doyon.com/DLT.
