Our Annual Meeting of Shareholders is quickly approaching! The Annual Meeting will take place at the Westmark Hotel in Fairbanks, on Friday, March 19, 2021. Shareholders are encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting virtually at www.doyon.com. This year’s theme is Long-Term Sustainability: Working Toward Tomorrow. This theme acknowledges the work of our people to ensure long-term success and to sustain current and future generations.
The Doyon Board of Directors will have four seats up for election. Current directors whose terms expire at the March 2021 Annual Meeting are Walter “Wally” Carlo, Jennifer Fate Velaise, Erica Frankson, and Christopher Simon. Eligible voting shareholders can hand-deliver, mail, fax, email, or complete their proxy online at eproxy.doyon.com until March 19 at 5 p.m. AKDT.
