In 2008, Doyon created the shareholder outreach program to facilitate shareholder hire. Since then, outreach has grown to offer many support services to assist shareholders. Here at Shareholder Outreach, we:
- Inform shareholders of skills, training, and/or education requirements for Doyon jobs.
- Educate shareholders on the steps needed to acquire gainful employment within the Doyon Family of Companies.
- Recruit college students for internships within Doyon.
Our mission is to inform shareholders about the employment opportunities available with the Doyon Family of Companies. If you have any questions, please contact shareholder outreach at email@example.com.
Doyon’s talent bank benefits both Doyon and Doyon shareholders. Entering your job history, skills and interests into the talent bank allows Doyon to keep a record of your job qualifications. Doyon can then match your profile with new job openings. Click here to join the talent bank.
Shareholder Outreach Events
The Shareholder Outreach Department holds various shareholder outreach events yearly in areas throughout Alaska and the lower 48. The outreach events often include staff from human resources, records, and administration. The events are designed to assist Doyon shareholders in applying to jobs within the Doyon Family of Companies through the Doyon Talent Bank, improve their resume and cover letter writing and design, receive tips for interviews and taking needed certification tests, such as the State of Alaska Food Handler’s test required for a specific job opening. For more information on upcoming events, please contact Shareholder Outreach at 1-888-478-4755 (toll-free)/907-459-2127 (in Fairbanks) or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
