At the heart of safe and successful oil drilling operations are the roustabouts. The strength and stamina of these workers ensure the proper loading and unloading, general maintenance and cleaning of oil rigs and provide vital support for the drill floor crew. Through our 30 plus-year partnership with Tanana Chiefs Conference, Doyon offers Roustabout Training for shareholders with an interest in oil and gas careers but no prior experience on an oil rig.
