Address Updates, Direct Deposit, New Enrollments and Stock Wills
The Doyon, Limited records department is pleased to be the one-stop-shop for shareholders needing to update an address, apply for direct deposit, enroll children as Class C shareholders, or complete a stock will.
Address updates. Shareholders who have changes to their phone, email or mailing address are asked to contact the Doyon records department immediately at 459-2040 (in Fairbanks), 1-888-478-4755 (toll-free) or email@example.com. Please note that shareholders with a bad address on file with Doyon will not receive their 2017 dividend until an updated address has been received.

Current contact information is important throughout the year as it enables shareholders to receive dividends and distributions, tax forms, newsletters, information on the annual meeting and board election, and other Doyon notices in a timely manner. In addition to a valid mailing address, shareholders are strongly encouraged to provide an email address to receive the e-newsletter and annual meeting reminders from Doyon.
Direct deposit. Direct deposit is the fastest, easiest and most secure method to receive Doyon dividends. While the deadline to sign up for direct deposit of the 2017 dividend has passed, shareholders are strongly encouraged to sign up for direct deposit of future dividends. The direct deposit application is available on the Doyon website, www.doyon.com, or by contacting shareholder records.
