Address Updates, Direct Deposit, New Enrollments and Stock Wills
The Doyon, Limited records department is pleased to be the one-stop-shop for shareholders needing to update an address, apply for direct deposit, enroll children as Class C shareholders, or complete a stock will.
With the 2016 dividend distribution coming up December 6, the records department wants shareholders to be aware of several important deadlines and details.
Address updates. Monday, November 21 at 5 p.m. AKST is the deadline to make address changes prior to the December 6 dividend distribution. Shareholders with a bad address on file with Doyon will not receive a dividend until an updated address has been received.
Shareholders who have changes to their phone, email or mailing address are asked to contact the Doyon records department immediately at 459-2040 (in Fairbanks), 1-888-478-4755 (toll-free) or email@example.com.
Current contact information is important throughout the year as it enables shareholders to receive dividends and distributions, tax forms, newsletters, information on the annual meeting and board election, and other Doyon notices in a timely manner. In addition to a valid mailing address, shareholders are strongly encouraged to provide an email address to receive the e-newsletter and annual meeting reminders from Doyon. Shareholders should also update their mailing address with the United States Postal Service at www.usps.com.
Direct deposit. Direct deposit is the fastest, easiest and most secure method to receive dividends, and shareholders are strongly encouraged to sign up for direct deposit.
