Survey Held on Board-Recommended Candidate List
In June, a survey took place on the issue of whether
to continue with a board-recommended candidate list
(board-endorsed slate). The survey was mailed to a
randomly selected representative sample of Doyon, Limited
shareholders to receive broad input on this topic. A smaller
randomly selected group of shareholders was also contacted
by phone.

Doyon, Limited is continuing its Get Out the Native Vote (GOTNV) initiative to increase awareness of the
importance of voting, and to encourage shareholders to participate in the upcoming statewide elections in Alaska.

Shareholder Outreach Program
Doyon, Limited now has a Shareholder Outreach Program in the Shareholder Relations Department to assist
with the increasing opportunities presented from the growth of Doyon’s operations. The program offers
many services to shareholders, including providing information on Doyon job requirements, how to find
employment with Doyon and what funding is available for higher education and/or training. Please
