Doyon continues to expand its presence in Alaska’s tourism industry, and 2025 marked another strong season across our growing portfolio of tourism businesses.

Doyon/Aramark Joint Venture
Doyon is a partner in the Doyon/Aramark Joint Venture (JV), the concessioner for all visitor services inside Denali National Park. The JV operates park transit buses, interpretive tours, campgrounds, visitor facilities, and retail operations. In 2025, the JV welcomed over 300,000 visitors to Denali and once again earned the National Park Service’s highest performance rating – a reflection of excellent guest service and strong operational management.

Kantishna Roadhouse
Kantishna Roadhouse is a full-service lodge located deep inside Denali National Park. Because the Denali Park Road remains closed at mile 43 until May 2027 due to a landslide, the Roadhouse currently operates as a fly-in/fly-out destination. This year saw growing interest from guests seeking a remote wilderness experience, and we received strong positive feedback from both overnight visitors and those participating in our new day-trip offerings.

Na-Dena` Joint Venture – Southeast & Southcentral
Through our Na-Dena` partnership with Huna Totem Corporation, Doyon has ownership in several tourism businesses that serve cruise passengers and independent travelers:

Klawock Island Ventures
Building off Huna Totem’s success and experience at Icy Strait Point, Klawock Island Ventures is focused on cultural immersion. Klawock offers cruise guests tours that highlight the island’s rich heritage and history. The 2025 season was strong, with high participation in shore excursions and excellent guest satisfaction.

Alaska Independent Coach Tours
Alaska Independent Coach Tours provides motorcoach tours, shore excursions, and transportation services for cruise guests and charter groups. This year saw an increase in cruise-transfer volume, new charter customers, and reliable performance across all divisions.

Portage Glacier Cruises
2025 was our first season operating this iconic southcentral Alaska glacier cruise experience. The season concluded smoothly, with consistently positive guest reviews.

Recruitment is underway across all our tourism businesses, and we encourage shareholders and their families to learn more and apply. Positions include a wide range of roles, such as bus drivers, naturalist guides, cultural interpreters, servers, housekeepers, maintenance staff, dock crew, retail workers, and guest services representatives. These jobs offer competitive pay, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to work in some of Alaska’s most iconic locations. Several positions also offer on-site housing or room and board, making seasonal work more convenient.
