Doyon is announcing updates to our process for the shareholder question and answer period, and these include signing up on the day of the Annual Meeting. There will be two 45-minute question and answer periods at this year’s Annual Meeting.
To ensure that your questions and comments are heard during the meeting, we encourage you to arrive early and use the sign-up sheet that will be placed at the Q&A table near the Chena Room. During the Q&A period, names will be displayed on the screens to indicate the order of the shareholders’ questions and comments. Each shareholder will have three minutes to speak. Priority will be given to those attending in person. If time permits, Doyon will answer questions from shareholders viewing the webcast, and then comment cards that are marked with “read at the Annual Meeting” will be randomly selected and read. All written comments received will also receive a written response.
By adopting this approach, Doyon aims to hear from as many shareholders as possible in the timeframe available on the agenda. Just a reminder that comments and questions can be submitted at www.doyon.com year-round.
