Survey Details
- The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete
- It will be open through Friday, October 31, 2025.
- You must complete the survey before the deadline to have your response recorded and be eligible for the prize drawings.
- Complete the survey early to ensure your voice is heard.
Our Shared Future
Your input will ensure the values of Doyon reflect the collective values of our shareholders. Doyon’s Board and leadership need to understand shareholder priorities to make informed decisions about programs, benefits, and future opportunities. Past surveys have led to real change; when shareholders communicated their sentiments, we adjusted our cultural initiatives and opportunities for descendants. This is your opportunity to influence the future we share. By taking a few minutes to record your perspective, you help to ensure our work reflects the needs of our shareholders.
The Doyon Shareholder Survey will present questions about a descendant registry. This is a record-keeping system used by many Alaska Native corporations to stay connected with the children, grandchildren, and future generations of current shareholders, providing better support and benefits for future generations as we grow together. A descendant registry allows us to engage and prepare the future leaders of our communities through internships, training, and educational support.

Certain easements exist but the level of restrictions vary, Please contact the Bureau of Land Management for guidance at 907-271-5596.
Doyon works to resolve most trespass situations without contacting law enforcement, but reserves the right to engage law enforcement regarding trespass activity.

Privacy Statement
To complete the survey, shareholders must enter a unique PIN. This does not give Doyon access to your responses, but it is an essential step allowing Alaska Survey Research (ASR) to gather information such as demographics and location.
All data will be kept secure, and all information will be fully anonymized. ASR uses a top-of-the-line, secure, professional software platform that removes all personal identifying information from the data. To read more visit the ASR privacy policy page.
