Yukon Flats Exploration Project Update: Rig Transport to the Yukon Flats and Job Opportunities

In early July, a custom-built drilling rig—specially designed to operate in the Yukon Flats region with a minimal footprint—was transported to Nikiski, Alaska, where it underwent final setup, systems checks, and commissioning. From there, the rig began its journey north to the Yukon River Bridge, where it will be transferred by barge and helicopter to its project site near Birch Creek. The rig will support Hilcorp’s ongoing exploration efforts near Birch Creek as part of the Yukon Flats exploration project.

As the Yukon Flats exploration project progresses during the summer, Doyon will continue to provide updates through our website, direct mailers to shareholders in the Yukon Flats, and newsletters. Our goal is to ensure transparency and open communication, making information readily available to all shareholders.
