The 2025 Yukon Flats exploration season has officially concluded, and Doyon would like to thank our shareholders for their continued partnership and engagement throughout this year’s project.

Hilcorp successfully completed its 2025 program near Birch Creek, operating safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with environmental permits and oversight requirements. The season concluded in mid-October, followed by demobilizing the project site through the end of the month. Equipment is now securely overwintered onsite—a standard practice that protects both the environment and the integrity of the work.

We are proud of strong shareholder participation this season. Dozens of Doyon shareholders and local residents were hired across a variety of roles, from field operations and logistics to catering and safety. In total, 49 shareholders held positions with Fairweather and Doyon Drilling, including 75% of field supervisor roles. Another seven shareholders completed Fairweather’s Bear Guard Training in Fort Yukon, with four moving into active Bear Guard roles in Birch Creek.

Community engagement also remained a key focus. Doyon and Hilcorp continued providing regular operational updates through KZPA radio. Doyon remains committed to ensuring questions and feedback are heard and addressed throughout each phase of the project.

What’s Next?

Data gathered during the 2025 season is now under review. Hilcorp and Doyon will analyze results to help determine the next steps for future exploration. As decisions are made, Doyon will continue to keep shareholders informed and share details about upcoming employment opportunities.

The Yukon Flats partnership continues to reflect Doyon’s long-term commitment to responsible development—balancing opportunity and stewardship to benefit current and future generations of shareholders.
