There is a vacancy on the Doyon, Limited Board, and Doyon is announcing an open application period. Qualified shareholders are encouraged to apply.
The Board of Directors will appoint a director to fill the board vacancy in accordance with the Doyon Bylaws.
The selected candidate will then be sworn in and will serve from the time of appointment through March 2029 at the Annual Meeting.
Doyon’s Board Vacancy application deadline is Monday, November 9, 2026 at 5 p.m. AKST.
