In 2024, Yates published her children’s book There Are As Many Stars. The picture book offers a journey through themes of personal wellness, love, and care for the planet. With its vibrant illustrations and meaningful messages, it encourages readers to pause, reflect, and appreciate the beauty around them. The book promotes mindfulness, self-care, and gratitude, helping young readers understand the importance of living with purpose and positivity, and having a brighter outlook on life.
“We live in a fast-paced world filled with challenges, obstacles, overwhelming emotions, and stimulation,” said Yates. “My book offers simple straightforward guidance on ways to slow down, pause, and take care of themselves and the environment. It encourages readers to look for the beauty in every living thing, live with gratitude, and celebrate and believe in themselves.”
There Are as Many Stars takes a subtle and gentle approach to remind readers that they are important and loved, and that they have the power to make a positive impact on the world. Learn more about the book at www.thereareasmanystars.com.
