In November, Doyon, Limited renamed the General Fund Program to “DoyonGwintł’eeneegiyilii.” In Gwich’in this means “Doyon gives back.”

Doyon would like to thank Allan Hayton, language revitalization program director at DoyonFoundation, for his knowledge and assistance in renaming the program.

Doyon Gwintł’eeneegiyilii awards $5,000 per academic year to each rural school in Doyon’s region, upon submission of a completed application on a first-come, first-serve basis. In addition to our rural schools, village councils or tribes are eligible for two separate $2,500 donations to use as needed per fiscal year (October 1 – September 30) on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you have a project, program, or event that is eligible for funding within one of our three mission-based categories, please click here for more information.
