On Monday, December 9, Doyon and Wiseman Metals co-hosted a project update meeting with village corporations from Alatna, Allakaket, Evansville, Manley, Minto, and Rampart. Representatives from the City of Bettles, and the Tribes of Alatna, Allakaket, Manley, and Minto were also in attendance.
This meeting provided attendees information about employment opportunities, project timelines, and environmental best practices.
In 2022, Doyon and Wiseman Metals entered a lease agreement for three prospects near Wiseman and Manley Hot Springs: Kaazene, East Wiseman, and West Wiseman.
These projects are still in the early stages, and the project team plans to communicate with communities and shareholders as more exploratory work is conducted in the coming years.
This year, Doyon and Wiseman Metals held community meetings in Alatna, Allakaket, Manley Hot Springs, and Wiseman to provide updates and listen to feedback from community leaders and residents.
