- Shareholders and descendants interested in union work should complete the Workforce Interest Form. The interest forms will be forwarded to the unions who make the selection. The welder’s helper position does not require prior union affiliation.

Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 375

- Local 1547 serves electricians in Alaska, offering training and apprenticeship programs for those working in electrical installations. Alaska Laborers Local 942
- Local 942 represents laborers working in the construction and industrial sectors. They offer apprenticeship and safety training programs to help workers develop their skills and ensure a safe working environment.
International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 302
- Local 302 represents workers who operate heavy equipment such as cranes, bulldozers, excavators, etc. It provides training and apprenticeship programs to ensure members are skilled in operating machinery safely and efficiently.
- This union represents workers in a wide range of industries, including transportation, warehousing, and logistics. The union offers apprenticeship programs to ensure its members have the training and skills required for their respective jobs.
